Comfortable, charming, homely – our smallest holiday home is ideal if you are travelling alone or with your dearest one.
The room is bright and friendly with high-quality interior. The highlight is the cozy and inviting bed with lovely view to the balcony. If you need a couch you can easily change the bed into it. A little kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, cooker and sink is cleverly hidden in the built-in furniture.
On the balcony you can enjoy long hours of sunshine– the perfect place to calm down and enjoy your stay.
This apartment is quite secluded (facing the back yard) – this is in many ways a perfect holiday home for single travellers or couples.

Bed linen, shower towels, hand towels and tea towels are included and can be changed upon request (for a fee).
The interior and everything you need for a pleasant stay is of a high standard and quality. You will find dishes and cutlery, various kind of glasses, salt & pepper, olive oil and Aceto balsamico vinegar. For your fresh coffee in the morning you will find a original Bialetti Caffetera (to make espresso on the hot plate) and a design coffee machine from Kenwood with reusable permanent filter.
Cleaning buckets, dishwasher tabs, detergent, clothes and kitchen towels are available.
Laundry service: During longer stays we also take care for your laundry (Washing and drying the laundry). Iron and ironing board are at free disposal.
